The 10 Commandments Pave Our Way to the Savior
The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul. (Psalm 19:7) Without
it, we are doomed. Because the law was put in charge to lead us to Christ. (Galatians 3:24) The Lord loves
his law and his word and those take the time to study and memorize it in order to share it with others are the ones who
will have a reward in heaven. The law is good when used correctly. (1 Timothy 1:8) Whoever turns a
sinner from the error of his way saves him from death and covers a multitude of sins. (James 5:20)
Jesus used the law over and over and over. Check it out. He used it
with the woman at the well, with Nicodemus, with the Pharisees. He did not have to present scientific facts to anyone.
He used the law. Why? Because it is perfect, it is perfect in converting the soul. (Psalm 19:7) Without
it we are destroyed. (Hosea 4:6)
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because
you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me; because you have forgotten the law
of your God, I also will forget your children. Hosea 4:6
True sons of God are those described in Psalm 1:1-3. Look what it says
about delighting in the law of the Lord:
Blessed is the man Who walks not in the
counsel of the ungodly,
Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; But
his delight is in the law of the LORD, And in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose
leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper.
This Book of the Law shall not depart from your
mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For
then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. Joshua 1:9
